Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27 with relevant specialization codes and must have active registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) including Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Bidders must provide documentary evidence of completed and ongoing works, machinery availability, technical personnel qualifications, financial statements, and audited reports.
