Re-Construction / Rehabilitation of Jamia Masjid UM MU Qurah at Govt Health & Educational Complex Nangal Sahthan Tehsil Mukandpur District Sheikhupura

The Communication & Works Department, Buildings Division Sheikhupura invites bids for the re-construction and rehabilitation of Jamia Masjid UM MU Qurah located at Govt Health & Educational Complex Nangal Sahthan, Tehsil Mukandpur, District Sheikhupura. This tender is issued under e-Tendering vide Notification No. SOH-(C&W)1-49/2023/3852 dated 28.06.2023. Items being procured: - Re-Construction / Rehabilitation of Jamia Masjid UM MU Qurah The contractor must be enlisted/renewed with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category and specialized code. The contractor shall produce the original PEC License Category C4 or above depending upon the DNIT cost having specialized codes CE09, CE10 & EE04. Contractors without the relevant specialized code will not be entertained. Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money shall be rejected. The online submitted bids will be opened on the website on fixed date and time in the office of the Commissioner Lahore Division, Lahore by the respective Tenders' Opening Committee (TOC) in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives having attested Power of Attorney. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules. Grounds for rejection need not be justified.
