Tender Description
The Communication and Work Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms or contractors registered with PEC in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 on a single stage two envelope procedure (E-PADS) for reconstruction and rehabilitation works of Shogran Road District Kohat.
Items being procured:
- Construction, repair, and widening of BT Roads in District Kuram Upper, Kuram Lower & Central Sub Division Kohat
- Reconstruction and rehabilitation of Shogran Road District Kohat
The project involves civil works including road widening and rehabilitation. Bidders must be registered with PEC and have relevant experience. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online via the E-PADS system. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is required as per the financial bid. Bidders must be registered with KPRA under Finance Act 2013 and must provide valid NTN and FBR registration. No order or bank draft will be accepted except call deposit or scheduled bank guarantee. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
The last date for submission of bids is 28-10-2026 by 12:00 hours, with technical bid opening on the same day at 12:30 hours. The bid meeting for the floated works will be held on 20-10-2026. Bidders are advised to carefully read the KPPRA rules, PEC guidelines, and SBDs before submission.
