Recycling of Mixed Damaged and Dismantled HT/LT Copper Scrap

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids for the recycling of mixed damaged and dismantled HT/LT copper scrap. This procurement is specifically for the recycling of various sizes of copper scrap as per WAPDA specifications. The tender is open to firms approved by WAPDA, PPMC, NTDC, and DISCOs, registered in M-19 category, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Items being procured: - LT Paper Covered Copper Strip 7x5.5 mm (14,000 Kg) - LT Paper Covered Copper Strip 0.8x5 mm (500 Kg) - LT Paper Covered Copper Strip 12x6 mm (8,000 Kg) - LT Paper Covered Copper Strip 7x4 mm (3,000 Kg) - LT Paper Covered Copper Strip 3x4 mm (3,500 Kg) - LT Paper Covered Copper Strip 4x5 mm (3,000 Kg) - LT Paper Covered Copper Strip 4x4.5 mm (3,000 Kg) - LT Paper Covered Copper Strip 5x8 mm (5,000 Kg) - HT Enamelled Copper Wire 0.8 mm (9,300 Kg) - HT Enamelled Copper Wire 1.1 mm (18,000 Kg) - HT Enamelled Copper Wire 1.5 mm (13,820 Kg) - HT Enamelled Copper Wire 0.5 mm (1,280 Kg) - HT Enamelled Copper Wire 0.6 mm (4,600 Kg) - HT Enamelled Copper Wire 1.8 mm (3,000 Kg) The technical scope includes recycling of copper scrap according to WAPDA specification No. BSS 4653 Part-II 1969 (Amended) for LT strips and BSS 4516 Part-I 1969 (Amended) for HT wires. The work will be managed by the Director (Material Management) at FESCO Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur Faisalabad. Eligible bidders must be prequalified and registered with WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC/DISCOs, hold M-19 PEC category, and be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status is mandatory. Bidders should ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.
