Refilling of Fire Extinguishers at TCP's Godowns at Pipri, Landhi, Korangi (Karachi) and Multan

The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., (Real Estate Operations Division) invites bids for the refilling of fire extinguishers at its godowns located in Pipri, Landhi, Korangi (Karachi) and Multan. This procurement is for non-consultancy services under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The contract covers the collection, safe transport, discharge, inspection, cleaning, hydrostatic pressure testing, refilling with high-quality imported chemicals, servicing of valves and hoses, reinstallation, and commissioning of various types of fire extinguishers. The items to be serviced include: - DCP Trolley (50 Kg) - Water Based (09 ltr) - Water Based (Trolley) (50 ltr) - AFFF Mounted (Trolley) (50 ltr) - DCP type Extinguisher (10kg) for Generator - Co2 type Fire extinguisher (3kg) - DCP type having capacity 4kg (for Offices) - Co2 type Fire extinguisher capacity 5kg (Main Electric Board) The scope includes ensuring all extinguishers are installed at appropriate heights, fitted with pressure gauges, fixing brackets if required, and affixed with service collar ID and labels indicating refilling date, expiry, pressure, technician, and company name. All extinguishers must be in proper working order with new tamper seals and reinstalled at their original sites. The contract duration for completion is within 30 days after award issuance. Eligibility requires registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, active FBR taxpayer status, minimum 3 years relevant experience, and no blacklisting. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 5, 2026, 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. The contract includes a 1-year warranty covering defects and loss of pressure. Performance security of 10% of contract value is required upon award. Payment will be made after successful completion and inspection certificates issued by godown in-charges. Bidders are advised to quote clearly with applicable GST/SRB. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids and annul the procurement process without liability.
