Registration of New Local Purchase on Day-to-Day (LPDD) Vendors for Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology Multan

Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology Multan (CPEIC Multan) invites applications from pharmacies registered under Drug Act 1967 / DRAP Act 2012 (amended to date) and rules framed thereunder for Registration of New Local Purchase on Day-to-Day (LPDD) Vendors for supply of drugmedicines & surgical disposable items. These items are to be procured through an online portal implemented by the Government of Punjab. Applications on prescribed format given in the Registration Documents are invited from eligible pharmacies having established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial aspects and registration with relevant Tax Departments of the Government. Items being procured: - Drugmedicines - Surgical disposable items Registration documents can be obtained immediately from the Purchase Branch of CPEIC Multan on 29-10-2026 at 09:30 AM. Documents will also be available on the CPEIC Multan website and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2,000/- in shape of deposit slip or voucher is required. Submission deadline is 29-10-2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening at 10:30 AM in presence of applicants or their representatives. Applicants must submit Performance Guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- refundable in the name of Executive Director, Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan. No application/documents will be accepted without Performance Guarantee. Applicants must submit company profile, registration documents, nominate representative with CNIC and contact number. If submission date is a public holiday, next official working day will be considered the deadline. This registration is open for new LPDD vendors; already registered vendors must apply separately for renewal/extension.
