Supply of Corrugated Board and Standard Paper Board to Pakistan Ordnance Factories Wah Cantt

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites reputable suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of specific paper products as detailed in Tender Enquiry No. 0020/LP/SJL/57 dated 05-Aug-26. This procurement is for the supply of the following items to POF Wah Cantt: - Corrugated Board 1000 X 1000 X 3.175 MM Sheet, Qty: 875 units, Spec: DEF-STAN 81-46/2 DRG: AA-3142 - Standard Paper Board Size: 1350 X 950 X 2 MM, Qty: 250 KG, Spec: QB-1314-91, DRG NO.WB 005 PF/0-10 & WB 005 PF1/0-8 - Standard Paper Board 1350 X 950 X 3 MM, Qty: 1070 KG, Spec: QB 1314-91, DRG.WB 005 PF/0-12 & WB 005 PF1/0-6 The scope includes delivery either free on rail station of dispatch or free delivery at POF's stores at Sanjwal. All items must be brand new, OEM sourced, and conform to the specifications provided. Delivery must be completed within three months of contract placement. Inspection will be conducted by the Inspector of Armaments Rawalpindi and a 5% super check by IDA Sanjwal. Eligibility criteria require suppliers to be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, listed on the FBR ATL, and provide bid security as per the tender conditions. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope method under open competitive bidding as per PPRA Rule 36(b). Tender fee of Rs. 500/- and bid security must accompany the bid.
