Registration of Vendors for Supply of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical Disposables and Medical Devices Goods for 2026-27

Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore invites eligible vendors for registration on the E-PADS system for the fiscal year 2026-27. This registration is for vendors possessing a Licensed Operational Pharmacy within a 10km radius of the hospital and having active Tax Payer status. Vendors must have established credentials in technical, managerial, and financial capabilities to supply Drugs, Medicines, Surgical Disposables, and Medical Devices Goods (local, multinational, or imported) on a day-to-day basis through the Online Automated Local Purchase (LPDD) system deployed by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). Items being procured: - Drugs - Medicines - Surgical Disposables - Medical Devices Goods (Local / Multinational / Imported) The registration requires a Performance Guarantee of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's cheque along with the technical proposal. The Performance Guarantee must be submitted before or on the bid opening date. Bids will be submitted and opened online on the E-PADS portal on 25-08-2026 at 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM respectively. Interested bidders should ensure they are registered on the E-PADS portal and meet all eligibility criteria including FBR/ATL registration. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning reasons.
