Tender Description
The CWPP&H Department District Usta Mohammad invites bids from eligible contractors for the rehabilitation and construction of various blacktop roads in the district for the year 2026. The works include rehabilitation and construction of roads with specific lengths and technical specifications such as tuff tile, cat eyes, lining, solar lights, foot path, and sign boards.
Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation of 1.7 KM B/T Road from Bakhirra Phattak till Nursery Water Course Usta M.
- Rehabilitation of 1.5 KM B/T Road at Qaim Abad Badeni (Badal Badeni).
- Rehabilitation of 1.8 KM B/T Road from Bakhirra to Till Main Jhatpat Road via Faisal Kot.
- Rehabilitation of 0.8 KM B/T Road at Village Mir Tahir Khan Jamali.
- Rehabilitation of 0.8 KM 18ft B/T Road at Sardar Rustam Khan Jamali with tuff tile, cat eyes, lining, solar lights, foot path and sign boards.
- Construction of 0.6 KM B/T Road Mumtaz Kandrani Village.
- Construction of 1 KM B/T Road at Ahmed Abad (Haji Ismail Shawani).
- Rehabilitation of 2 KM B/T Road at Village Niaz Ahmed Pandrani Usta Muhammad.
- Construction of 0.8 KM B/T Road at Village Ali Abad.
- Construction of Noshki Road 16 feet 0.7 KM B/T Road with tuff tile and cat eyes & lining.
- Construction of 1 KM B/T Road at Village Ghulam Rasool Lehri.
- Construction of 1 KM B/T Road at Village Habib Ur Rehman Bugti.
- Construction of 1 KM B/T Road at Village Afan Khan with tuff tile and cat eyes & lining.
- Construction of 0.8 KM B/T Road at Village Junaid Khan Usta Muhammad.
- Rehabilitation of 0.7 KM B/T Road from Mehrabpur Turn towards Saifullah Shakh.
The scope includes road rehabilitation and construction with quality materials and installation of safety features. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. The bidder must have completed at least two similar works in the last three years and demonstrate financial capacity. Bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% of the bid value is mandatory.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a 1,000 PKR issuance fee. Bids must be submitted by 10 September 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM at the Executive Engineer (Road) CWPP&H Department District Usta Mohammad office.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on the electronic public procurement system of BPPRA and to prepare both technical and financial bids carefully under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure to avoid disqualification.
