Gilgit Baltistan Public Works Department GB-C&WD Ghanche invites sealed bids from well reputed and experienced Contractors, Firms, and Joint Ventures under GBPRA 2022 rule 36(b) using single stage two envelope procedures. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 140.556 Million. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 2,812,000 and purchase the tender documents for Rs. 10,000. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for the current financial year, treasury challan for the cost of bidding documents, latest PEC profile, CNIC of the bidder, affidavit of no litigation or blacklisting, bid security in the form of CDR/TDR from any scheduled bank, renewal receipt of GB-PWD for 2025-26, and NOC for 'No Sick Project' from the Works Secretariat.
