Bidders must submit a Bid Security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost/value electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts, or Bank Guarantees are not accepted. Bidders must be registered with PEC and Punjab PPRA and comply with all relevant rules.
