Supply of Various Items for Road Works by CWPP&H Department District Hub

The CWPP&H Department District Hub invites applications from eligible bidders for the supply of various items related to road works. This procurement requires electronic bid submission only; no physical bids will be accepted. The procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must have a turnover of at least PKR 720,000,000 in the last three financial years and experience in bridge work. The issuance of pre-qualification documents is from the date of publication until 21 October 2026 at 12:00 PM during office hours. The last date for application submission is 21 October 2026 till 11:00 AM at the office behind Allied Bank Main RCD Road Tehsil Hub District Hub. Pre-qualification opening will be held the same day at 12:00 PM at the same office. Tender documents and bidding documents are available electronically via the BPPRA website. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard by 21 October 2026. Tender opening will be conducted on the EPPS system at 12:00 PM on the same day. Bidders are advised to ensure timely electronic submission and registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) to avoid disqualification. Earnest money in the form of CDR and compliance with all eligibility criteria are mandatory for successful participation.
