Tender Description
This tender invites experienced contractors in Kolai Palas Kohistan to undertake multiple rehabilitation and construction projects including mosque improvements, protection walls, shingle gravel footpaths, and wooden bridge repairs. The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Kolai Palas is seeking qualified firms registered with PEC and local authorities to deliver quality civil works under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives 2025-26.
The scope covers structural rehabilitation of various mosques across Kolai Palas, requiring skilled masonry, concrete works, and solarization of a tehsil complex mosque. Additionally, contractors will construct numerous protection walls and shingle gravel footpaths to enhance local infrastructure and prevent erosion. The projects also include repair and construction of wooden bridges, demanding careful engineering to ensure durability in the challenging terrain of Kohistan.
Bidders must hold valid PEC licenses for the relevant categories and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for the current financial year 2025-26. Compliance with FBR/ATL requirements is mandatory. Tenderers should prepare earnest money in the form of a 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) favoring the TMO, TMA Kolai Palas.
