Contractors enlisted with MES in Category E and above are eligible to apply. Firms must provide a statement of previous experience detailing works executed in the last two years and those currently in hand, along with their application on the prescribed proforma. Bidders should ensure compliance with PPRA regulations and submit Earnest Money as required.
