Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (TDCP) invites e-bids for the construction of a Sky Walk Glass Bridge at Panjpeer Rocks, Tehsil Kotli Sattian, District Murree, on an EPC/Turnkey basis. Items being procured: - Construction of Sky Walk Glass Bridge at Panjpeer Rocks, Tehsil Kotli Sattian, District Murree (on EPC/Turnkey basis) The technical scope includes the complete design, engineering, procurement, and construction of a glass bridge structure suitable for high-altitude tourism, with all associated civil, structural, and finishing works. The successful bidder will be responsible for the full turnkey delivery of the project, including subject assignment as per EPC requirements. Eligible firms must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-B/FC-1 and must be on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority/Board. Registration with Income Tax/Sales Tax Department (Active Filer) and Punjab e-PS is mandatory. Bidders must also provide a certificate confirming they are not blacklisted by TDCP or PPRA. Earnest Money/Bid Security of Rs. 50 million must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system before the bid submission deadline. The procurement will be conducted online via Punjab e-PS. Bidding documents are available free of cost on PPRA Punjab, TDCP websites, and Punjab e-PS. The deadline for bid submission is 19-10-2026 at 11:00 hours PST, with technical bids opened the same day at 11:30 hours PST. Only well-reputed, capable, and sound national and international firms are eligible to participate.
