Rehabilitation and Electrical Works for Five Primary Schools in Shikarpur and Kashmore Districts

The Executive Engineer, Education Works (E) Division Larkano invites bids for the rehabilitation, construction, and electrical works of five existing primary schools located in District Shikarpur and Kashmore at Kandhkot. The schools involved are GBPS Qaimuddin Chachar, GBPS Tagio Khan Jafferi, GBPS Allah Jeewayo Khan, GBPS Allah Wadhayo Chachar, and GBPS Miral Jafferi. The scope includes electrical wiring and installation works specifically at GBPS Tagio Khan Jafferi in Taluka Shikarpur. Items being procured: - Wiring for light or fan points (30 points) - Wiring for plug points (10 points) - Providing and laying PVC insulated copper conductors in conduits (225 and 70 running feet) - Providing and laying PVC sheathed two core copper conductor (150 running feet) - Fixing Bakelite ceiling roses (12 units) - Fixing brass battern holders (12 units) - Fixing various circuit breakers SP and DP (8 units total) - Fixing one way SP switches (30 units) - Fixing two pin and three pin plug & sockets (11 units total) - Fixing 56" electric ceiling fans (12 units) - Fixing ammeters and voltmeters (1 unit each) - Providing and fixing earthing set with excavation (1 unit) - Circuit breaker panel board plastic made (1 unit) - Wall/ceiling mounted fancy lights (12 units) - LED fancy bulbs 20-32 watts (22 units) - Mild steel bar fan clamps (12 units) The technical scope covers electrical installation works including wiring, fitting of electrical accessories, earthing, and provision of circuit breaker panels as per the Composite Schedule of Rates. The works are funded by the Government of Sindh through District/Provincial ADP Schemes for the financial year 2026-27 with an estimated cost of Rs. 686,000. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN, Sindh Revenue Board and FBR registration, Electric Inspectorate License for the region, and relevant experience with similar works executed in the last five years. Bidders must submit sealed tenders with bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and comply with all bidding document conditions. The deadline for bid submission and opening is as notified in the NIT at the office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Electrical Division Larkano, located near High Court Building, CMC Road Larkano. Completion time is 15 months from the written order to commence. Earnest Money and Performance Security are mandatory.
