Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore invites sealed bids from suppliers, contractors, and companies registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) holding a valid license from PEC in category C-4 or above with specialization in codes CE-09 & CE-10, registered with FBR and PRA, and having active tender licenses (TIN and PNTN) for the rehabilitation and improvement of Chiarkar Drain near Malikpur Village in Drainage Sub Division Nishter Town WASA Lahore. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and improvement works of Chiarkar Drain near Malikpur Village The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders must submit their bids electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal before 29-09-2026 by 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 3,834,576.20. A digital bid security/e-Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost is required in favor of WASA Lahore and must be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for the opening of financial bids. The successful bidder must furnish a performance security of 10% of the accepted tender price. No cutting or amendment in bids by contractors through electronic system is allowed. No telephonic or conditional tenders or bids without earnest money will be entertained. Firms/contractors are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes at the time of release of payment as per Government of Punjab rules. Current PRA rules will be strictly applicable, and any violation will lead to rejection of the bid. Bidders must upload PDF files of e-bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System as per Regulation-6(4) of PPRA Regulations-2024. Bids will remain valid for 120 days.
