Rehabilitation Improvement of Roads from Kalay Pahar to Moujgarh and Thandi Khoi to Moujgarh in Bahawalpur

The Punjab Highways Department invites tenders from Engineering Firms and Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories for rehabilitation and improvement works on roads in Bahawalpur. The projects include rehabilitation improvement of road from Kalay Pahar at KM No. 33 (Yazman-Maroot Road) to Moujgarh via Januwala, covering a length of 21.20 KM, and rehabilitation improvement of road from Thandi Khoi at KM No. 43 (Yazman-Maroot Road) to Moujgarh via Main Nawaz Sharif Agriculture, Kheer Ser & Shuhada-e-Yaadgar Pakistan Army, covering a length of 19.70 KM. Both projects fall under the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation Improvement of Road from Kalay Pahar to Moujgarh (21.20 KM) - Rehabilitation Improvement of Road from Thandi Khoi to Moujgarh (19.70 KM) The scope includes comprehensive road rehabilitation works as per the detailed specifications and standards set by the Punjab Highways Department. Contractors must submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost through digital online payment via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Performance Security Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount is mandatory within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter. No physical bid securities will be accepted. Bidders must quote item rates against each item and total amounts in their financial proposals. The lowest evaluated bidder will be selected based on PPRA rules 2014. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration for the financial year 2026-27 and registration on the Punjab PPRA website. Contractors must have relevant experience and comply with all bid security and performance guarantee requirements. The tender opening will be held on 18th November 2026 at 1300 hours at the office of the Commissioner Bahawalpur.
