Resurfacing and Reconditioning Works on Various Roads in Mirpur Azad Jammu & Kashmir

The Office of the Executive Engineer PWD Highways Division Mirpur Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites Electronic Bids under Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding Procedure from eligible firms/contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council and having endorsement in C&W Department Govt AJK for FY 2026-27 in appropriate category with specialization codes as mentioned in column No.5 below. Bidders desirous to bid as Joint Venture must get prior approval from the Employer for bidding as joint venture. Items being procured: - Resurfacing/Reconditioning of Green Bus Route, Part-1 Mirpur Mangla Road Honda Chowk to Cross (Length 6 Km) Mirpur City, District Mirpur (AJK) - Resurfacing/Reconditioning of Green Bus Route, Part-2 Mirpur Mangla Road 7 Cross to Shahbak Chal (Length 7 Km) Mirpur City, District Mirpur (AJK) - Resurfacing/Reconditioning of Green Bus Route, Part-3 Mangla Mirpur Road Sahabchak to Y Cross (Length 7 Km) Mirpur City, District Mirpur (AJK) The scope includes resurfacing and reconditioning of roads in Mirpur city area, involving high-quality materials and workmanship to ensure durability and safety. The works are to be completed within the stipulated 100 days completion period for each lot. Eligibility requires contractors to be registered with PEC in category C-3 & Above or C-4B with specialization CE-01 as per lot. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security is mandatory as per the tender documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Bidding system by 12 November 2026 at 11:31 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day and time. Interested bidders should upload scanned copies of Bank Receipt showing proof of deposit of Bid Security in the specified accounts.
