Rehabilitation and Improvement of Roads and Streets in Various Locations by Lahore Development Authority

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids for the rehabilitation and improvement of roads and streets in multiple locations within Lahore. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and Improvement of roads and streets through provision of asphalt, PCC and drainage at Taj Pura, Ghazi Abad, Qalandar Pura, Amir Town, Rasheed Pura & adjoining Abadies, N-121 Lahore - Rehabilitation and improvement of roads and streets through provision of asphalt, PCC and drainage in Link Canal Bank Road, Fazl Colony, Gulshan Park, Ramzan Park, Sahu Wari, Link Qabastan Road & adjoining Abadies, N-121, Lahore - Construction of PCC Drain Nallah / Soiling & Tuff Tiles UC Mirza Virkan Tehsil & District Sheikhupura - Construction of PCC Drain Nallah / Soiling & Tuff Tiles UC Hafizabad Road to Dera Bahadur Khan Jhabran South Tehsil & District Sheikhupura The works include road surface rehabilitation, provision of asphalt and PCC, drainage works, and installation of soiling and tuff tiles. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and have valid PEC licenses. Bidders must also be registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Earnest Money and Bid Security as specified must accompany bids. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated separately, and only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened.
