Bidders must submit a 5% bid security via online payment through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft are not accepted. A 10% performance guarantee of the contract amount is mandatory within 15 days of the contract award. Only technically responsive bids will be evaluated.
