The Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Urban Development Wing, Lahore invites re-tenders from engineering firms and contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) with valid PEC licenses in the relevant categories. The procurement is for the rehabilitation and improvement of a street in UC-33, NA-118, Lahore. The scope includes provision of Asphalt, Brick Tile, Tuff Tile, PCC, Sewerage and Water Supply, Missing Slabs, and Raising of Manholes. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Street Through Provision of Asphalt - Brick Tile - Tuff Tile - PCC - Sewerage and Water Supply - Missing Slabs - Raising of Manholes The contract duration is 3 months. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 & Above and have active NTN and PNTN. Bidding documents (Technical & Financial) will be available online on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Submission of bids must be done electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Earnest Money (Bid Security) is Rs. 905,695/- (5% of estimated cost) and must be submitted digitally as per PPRA rules. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The firm/contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes at the time of payment release. The submission deadline is 24-09-2026 at 09:30 AM, with bid opening at 10:00 AM the same day. Bidders should ensure their bids are complete and comply with all technical evaluation criteria. No bids will be accepted via post or telegraph. The PPRA rules 2014 amended up to date will be strictly followed.
