Rehabilitation and Solarization of Existing Drinking Water Supply Schemes in District Khyber

The Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Investment and Institutional Support Project (KP-RIISP), invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Rehabilitation and Solarization of Existing Drinking Water Supply Schemes in District Khyber. This procurement is part of a World Bank financed project aimed at improving rural water infrastructure. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and Solarization of Existing Drinking Water Supply Schemes in District Khyber The scope includes upgrading and solarizing existing water supply schemes to enhance water availability and sustainability. The project is located in District Khyber, with the bidding and submission process managed from Peshawar. Eligible bidders must comply with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers and meet the qualification criteria outlined in the bidding documents. Electronic bidding is not permitted. The technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 12:30 hours. Financial bids will remain sealed until the technical evaluation is complete. Bid security of PKR 1,401,000 in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or CDR is mandatory. Bidders should also demonstrate plans to employ local unskilled and semi-skilled labor as per project requirements.
