Rehabilitation of Toilet Block for Project Offices at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the Rehabilitation of Toilet Block for Project Offices at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP), Lahore. Items being procured: - Building dismantling/removal of 15 W.Cs and wash hand basins - Removal of 32 bib cocks/ablution mixers - Taking out 5 door and window shutters - Dismantling 1825.9 sq.ft cement tiled floor - Dismantling 80 cft lime or cement concrete - Providing and laying 88 cft cement concrete bed - Fixing 102 sq.ft PVC door shutters - Fixing 5 brass lock knob sets - Laying 336 sq.ft and 850 sq.ft vitrified porcelain tiles - Painting and distempering 118 and 813 sq.ft respectively - Fixing 6 earthenware glazed vanity basins - Fixing 3 two-piece toilets with flush tanks - Fixing 3 squatting type W.C pans with low-level cisterns - Fixing 6 chromium plated Muslim bib cocks with showers - Fixing 18 C.P bib cocks and 2 ball valves - Fixing 3 sets of 7-piece bathroom accessories - Fixing 10 uPVC multi-floor traps - Fixing 10 floor waste stainless steel jalis - Fixing 6 looking mirrors - Providing and fixing PPRC pipes 20mm (280 ft) and 25mm (70 ft) - Providing and fixing uPVC pipes 4 inch dia (340 ft) - Making connections with existing G.I pipes and manholes The contract duration is 60 days for building works and 30 days for plumbing works. Bidders must be registered with NADRA, FBR with ATL listing, and hold valid professional tax certificates. Bid security of PKR 50,000 is required. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. The estimated cost is approximately PKR 2.48 million.
