Tender Description

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of works related to the rehabilitation of tower/poles of 132KV transmission line from Bagh to Hattian at locations 02, 03 & 18 located within the river zone affected by rainfall under the upgradation of GSO Network (Rs. 4,607,115/- including FST) with reference number P106441. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of tower/poles of 132KV T/Line Bagh to Hattian from location no. 02, 03 & 18 located within the river zone affected by rainfall under upgradation of GSO network (Rs. 4,607,115/- including FST). The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage One Envelope bidding method applying the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 must obtain the bidding documents and submit their bids electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 11:20 AM on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Bids will be opened publicly at 11:50 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. Vendors not registered on the new EPADS v2.0 may register via the provided link. The project is located in Islamabad and requires bidders to have relevant experience and comply with PEC and FBR/ATL registration requirements.
