Rehabilitation of Tube Well with Pumping Unit and Allied Works at TPS Muzaffargarh

Northern Power Generation Company Limited (NPGCL) invites qualified manufacturers, dealers, sole distributors, and suppliers to participate in the rehabilitation of a tube well at Thermal Power Station (TPS), Muzaffargarh. This procurement is specifically for the rehabilitation of a 90 ft deep tube well including re-boring, installation of fiberglass casing and screen/filter, pumping unit with 3 cusecs discharge capacity, electric motor, column pipe, and allied works. The scope covers mobilization, site clearance, dismantling of existing equipment, disposal of excavated material, supply and installation of all components, alignment, testing, and commissioning on a turnkey basis. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and provide valid FBR registration certificates. The technical bid should include detailed literature or brochures for assessment. Earnest Money in the form of a Bid Security amounting to Rs. 150,000 must accompany the bid, submitted as a Pay Order or CDR in favor of NPGCL. The original Bid Security and other required documents must be delivered to the Manager (Supply Chain) at TPS Muzaffargarh before the closing date. The tender will be opened electronically through EPADS on 14 May 2026 at 10:30 hours. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the single stage single envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(a). The contract will be awarded on the basis of the least cost method to the most advantageous bidder. The work completion period is 15 days from issuance of the e-Work Order. Payment will be made monthly upon verification of attendance and submission of sales tax invoices with NTN and STN numbers clearly indicated. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all technical literature and bid security documents are properly scanned and uploaded on EPADS well before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Late or manual bids will not be accepted. This tender is governed by the general conditions of contract for WAPDA Purchase 1963 and latest purchase procedures. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 33.
