Pakistan Airports Authority in Karachi is inviting bids for the rehabilitation and uplifting of the Ex-Airhostess Hostel Block-B located in PIA Township. The purpose of this project is to convert the existing hostel into married officers quarters at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and uplifting of Ex-Airhostess Hostel Block-B in PIA Township for utilization as married officers quarter at JIAP, Karachi The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works to upgrade and refurbish the hostel block, ensuring it meets the standards required for married officers accommodation. The project will require qualified contractors with experience in similar building rehabilitation and civil works. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Additionally, registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above is mandatory for eligibility. Earnest Money of Rs. 3,050,000 must be submitted with the bid. All bids are to be submitted electronically via the EPADS system at https://eprocure.gov.pk before the deadline of 30-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM.
