Rehabilitation of Existing Water Supply Schemes in Lower Chitral

Muslim Aid Pakistan (MAP), a reputable non-profit and non-governmental organization, is inviting sealed tenders from registered and eligible suppliers/service providers for the rehabilitation of existing water supply schemes in Lower Chitral. This procurement is part of a project supported by Muslim Aid UK, aiming to improve water infrastructure in the region. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of Existing Water Supply Schemes (3 units) in Lower Chitral The technical scope involves comprehensive rehabilitation works for three separate water supply schemes, which may include repair, replacement, and upgrading of pipelines, pumps, storage tanks, and associated civil works to ensure reliable and safe water delivery to the local communities. Bidders are expected to have relevant experience in water supply and sanitation projects, with the capacity to mobilize resources and complete works within the stipulated timeframe. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security equivalent to 3% of the bid value, in the form of a CDR or Pay Order in favour of Muslim Aid, is mandatory and must be included in the financial proposal. Bids without the required bid security will be rejected. All rates quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, and Service Sales Tax should be clearly mentioned where applicable. Supporting documents for tax registration and company credentials must be provided. Sealed bids must reach the Muslim Aid Pakistan office at Suite 2, 2nd Floor, Executive Business Centre, FECHS, E-11/2, Islamabad, Pakistan, by 3:00 PM on Monday, 24 August 2026, either by courier or by hand. The envelope should be clearly marked with the tender reference number. In case of a public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next working day at the same time and venue.
