Procurement of Services for Relocation and Safe Transplantation of Mature Trees

The Deputy Conservator of Forests Gujranwala Forest Division is inviting bids for the procurement of specialized services related to the relocation and safe transplantation of mature trees in Gujranwala. The trees involved include 100 trees at Forest Complex G.T. Road Gujranwala and 425 trees at Bela Thatha Faqirullah. Items being procured: - Scientific tree excavation - Root ball preparation - Heavy crane lifting - Flatbed transportation - Reinstallation at designated safe sites - Post-transplant stabilization - Skilled arboriculture supervision - Filling of excavated pits - Machinery mobilization and operations for various tree species The technical scope requires access to suitable Tree Spade Machines and related equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient transplantation of mature trees. The site locations are along G.T. Road Gujranwala (KM No.1337-1348 L&R) and Bela Thatha Faqirullah. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, possess valid NTN and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), have experience in mechanized tree transplantation, and must not be blacklisted by any government department or agency. The estimated cost of this procurement is bold PKR 19.488 Million. Bidders must submit their bids through the EPADS portal by the submission deadline of 09-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid security required is 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of the Deputy Conservator of Forests Gujranwala. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later.
