Tender Description
The IMCG Humak Degree College (Federal Directorate of Education (FDE)) Islamabad invites applications for Prequalification of suppliers for Repair and Maintenance of College Vehicles. This open framework agreement aims to establish a panel of qualified firms for on-demand repair and maintenance services of college vehicles over a 12-month period starting October 20, 2026. The procurement is based in Islamabad and requires firms to have workshop facilities in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

- Repair and Maintenance of College Vehicles (8 jobs)
The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services for college vehicles, including installation of genuine spare parts. Vendors must ensure replaced parts are not sub-standard or second-hand, with warranty obligations on all replaced or repaired items. The firm must be capable of immediate service provision, including odd hours, and handle vehicle transport to and from the workshop at their own risk and cost.
Eligibility criteria include a minimum of two years reputable experience with public or private agencies, valid registration with relevant regulatory bodies, active taxpayer status with FBR, and possession of a workshop in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Bidders must submit an affidavit of non-blacklisting, financial soundness with an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 1 million, and provide a detailed company profile. A bid security of Rs. 40,000 in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or CDR is mandatory.
Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 by 10:30 AM on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. The bid opening will be conducted electronically the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Interested bidders should register on EPADS if not already registered.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your workshop and technical staff details are complete and up to date in your EPADS profile to avoid disqualification. Timely submission of the original bid security in hard copy to the designated office before the closing date is crucial to validate your bid.
This procurement is governed by the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended). The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning reasons.
