Remaining Portion of Road Mir Ibrahim Sukhat Tal to Malik Girsani Kohlu PSDP No. 1459

The Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority invites bids from eligible bidders for the remaining portion of Road Mir Ibrahim Sukhat Tal to Malik Girsani under Kohlu PSDP No. 1459. The project is located in Kohlu city and involves road construction and related civil works. Items being procured: - Remaining portion of road Mir Ibrahim Sukhat Tal to Malik Girsani The technical scope includes execution of road works with an estimated cost of Rs. 119,400,000. The bidder must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 and above, and must be on the Active Tax Payer List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope with bid security of 2% of the bid value in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call. The tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM via the EPP System. The bidder should have completed similar works of at least Rs. 83,580,000 and demonstrate capacity and experience as per the eligibility criteria. The earnest money of Rs. 1000 PKR and bid security of 2% are mandatory. The Executive Engineer Provincial B&R District Kohlu is the contact authority.
