Tender Description
Civil Services Academy Lahore invites sealed bids on an open competitive basis from authorized distributors, suppliers, and dealers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, PRA, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for the removal of gardening waste and garbage from the CSA premises and Staff Colony located in Walton, Lahore.

The scope includes comprehensive cleaning and waste removal services ensuring the premises remain clean and hygienic. Bidders must comply with all regulatory requirements and provide services as per the detailed terms and conditions available in the e-bidding documents.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 01.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Committee Room, Library, Civil Services Academy, Walton, Lahore. Attendance is strongly advised for all interested bidders.
E-bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website http://www.ppra.org.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 10.09.2026 at 11:30 a.m. Bidders are advised to bring one hard copy of their bid at the time of bid opening. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon.
