Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Rawalpindi invites tenders for repairing and servicing Printronix Line Printers P-7220H, P-7220 & P-7010 on a monthly basis along with supply of ribbons for Printronix Line Printers for the billing session July 2026 to June 2027 for the Revenue Directorate WASA Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Repairing & service with parts of Printronix Line Printer P-7220H, P-7220 & P-7010 on monthly basis - Supply of ribbons for Printronix Line Printers The procurement is conducted through Punjab E-Procurement portal as per Government of Punjab directives. Bidders must be registered on Punjab E-Procurement and have active tax payer status with FBR and PRA for financial year 2026-27. The firm should have at least 10 years of experience in repairing and servicing Printronix Line Printers and supply of genuine Printronix ribbons with ultra capacity for government or semi-government organizations. Cumulative business or purchase order of at least PKR 5 million in the last three years is required. FBR certificate letter showing nature of business must be attached. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost (PKR 118260) must be submitted as per E-Procurement SOPs. Tender documents are available on ep.punjab.gov.pk and pprapunjab.gov.pk. Bids will be submitted and opened online on 07.09.2026 at 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM respectively. The successful firms must complete the work within stipulated time after issuance of Purchase Order.
