Renovation and Construction Works at Kohat, Bannu, Thal, and DI Khan Cantts

The Military Engineer Services (MES) office of Commander Military Engineer Services (Army) Kohat invites sealed tenders for renovation and construction works in various cantonments under PPRA Rule 13(I) of 2004. Contractors must provide certificates confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding issues with the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory, and contractors must be on the approved MES list in Categories A, B, C, D & E with relevant experience.
