Renovation, Development and Fabrication Works at PNS Rahbar Karachi

Pakistan Navy invites quotations, bids, and proposals from well reputed GST and SST registered firms and contractors for several works at PNS Rahbar, Manora, Karachi. Items being procured: - Renovation of Barbarossa Block - Development of Gaming Zone - Fabrication of Electric Cart - Electric Stoves at Gun Room Galley Tender documents can be obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 during 0740 to 1400 hours within 15 days of publication from the Supply Office, PNS Rahbar, Manora, Karachi. Completed quotations must be submitted within 15 days after publication. Bids must include 5% of contract amount as bid security in the form of a Pay Order in the name of Commandant PNS Rahbar (refundable). Technical bids will be opened on 15 Oct 2026 at 1100 hours at PNS Rahbar in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened the same day. Sealed financial bids of non-qualified firms will be returned. Representatives must carry authority letters along with CNIC to witness the tender opening. Shortlisted firms must obtain security clearance from respective Naval Authorities. The President Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without justification. False statements or attempts to hide information will lead to disqualification.
