Repair Maintenance and Minor Building Works Including Electrification and Term Contract for Periodical Services at APR-Sonmiani and POF Complex Karachi

The POF Liaison Office Karachi invites sealed tenders for repair maintenance and minor building works including electrification at multiple locations in Karachi and APR-Sonmiani. The works include repair and minor maintenance of buildings at the Residential Area, Technical Area, Admin Area, and Range Area at APR-Sonmiani, as well as at the POF Complex Karachi. Additionally, a term contract for periodical services work at APR-Sonmiani is also being procured. Items being procured: - Repair maintenance and minor work of building including electrification at Residential Area at APR-Sonmiani - Repair maintenance and minor work of building including electrification at Technical Area at APR-Sonmiani - Repair maintenance and minor work of building including electrification at Admin Area at APR-Sonmiani - Repair maintenance and minor work of building including electrification at Range Area at APR-Sonmiani - Repair maintenance and minor work of building including electrification at POF Complex Karachi - Term contract for periodical services work at APR-Sonmiani The scope covers minor civil and electrical repair works at specified sites, ensuring buildings are maintained in good condition with necessary electrification works. Contractors must have PEC registration in category C-6 (minimum) with relevant specialization codes and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Experience in similar works and submission of complete credentials is mandatory. Applications must be submitted to POF Liaison Office Karachi by 13-11-2026 for issuance of tender documents. Tender documents will be issued to qualified contractors by 27-11-2026. Completed tenders must be delivered to Deputy Director POF Liaison Office Karachi, Plot No. 252-A Sarwar Shaheed Road opposite Press Club Karachi by 14-12-2026 up to 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:30 AM.
