Renovation Works at KP-HISDU Site, Services Hospital, Police Lane Peshawar

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Information and Service Delivery Unit (KP-HISDU), invites eligible and experienced contractors and firms to participate in the tender for the renovation works at the KP-HISDU site, located at Services Hospital, Police Lane, Peshawar. This opportunity is open to PEC-registered contractors in C-6 or above category, who are also registered with FBR and KPRA. The scope of work covers a comprehensive renovation package, including civil, design, electrical, plumbing, and other associated works as detailed in the BOQ and Bidding Documents. Items being procured: - Renovation of KP-HISDU Site at Services Hospital, Police Lane Peshawar, including civil, design, electrical, plumbing and other associated works as specified in the BOQ/Bidding Documents The estimated cost for this project is **Rs. 15.317 million**, and the completion period is set at 60 days. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the **e-PADS portal** before the deadline of **15-09-2026 at 11:00 A.M**. The procurement will follow the Open Competitive Bidding/Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules, 2014. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for **8-09-2026 at 11:00 A.M** at the PMU KP-HISDU, Services Hospital, Peshawar. Bid security at the rate of 2% of the bid amount, in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee, is required in favor of the Project Director, KP-HISDU. The original bid security must be submitted within the prescribed time. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit and inspect the proposed site prior to bid submission to assess site conditions, access, and existing installations.
