Tender Description
Sindh Economic Zones Management Company (SEZMC) Karachi is procuring Renovation and Maintenance Works at its premises located in Karachi. This procurement covers comprehensive renovation including gypsum ceiling repairs, water matt painting of ceilings and walls, and renovation and repair of existing washrooms including plumbing, electrical, tiling, fixtures, and finishing works. The project duration is 45 days commencing from the issuance of the Engineer's Notice to Commence. The scope includes site works at SEZMC office in Bahria Complex IV, Gizri Karachi, and involves civil and finishing works to restore and maintain the building's infrastructure.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C4, possess valid registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) on the Active Taxpayers List, and be registered with the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Experience in similar renovation works and financial soundness are mandatory. The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 using a single stage one envelope procedure.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on www.sezmc.gos.pk and https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bidders must submit bids online through the EPADS portal. The bid security of 1% of the bid price in the form of a Pay Order must be submitted physically to SEZMC office by 11:00 am on 11th June 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 noon.
The submission deadline is 11:00 am on 11th June 2026, with bid opening at 12:00 noon. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per SPP Rules 2010.
