Renovation of National Accountability Bureau Islamabad Rawalpindi

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on Single Stage Two Envelope basis from reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid registration in Category C-5 or above with relevant codes. The procurement is for the renovation of the National Accountability Bureau premises located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Renovation works for National Accountability Bureau (Islamabad / Rawalpindi) The bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available on the EPADS portal at http://epads.gov.pk and PPRA website http://ppra.org.pk. Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of Deputy Director Works Division-II, CDA. Scanned copies of the Bid Security must be uploaded on EPADS in PDF format, and the original must be submitted within 3 days of bid submission to the office of Deputy Director (Works-II), CDA. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS by or before 28 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be entertained. The electronic bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized representatives at the office of Director Works CDA, Room no 21, Block E, Old Naval Headquarters, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad. Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is available on EPADS. Interested bidders should ensure their eligibility, including PEC registration and FBR/ATL compliance. Earnest Money and bid security requirements must be strictly followed.
