National Bank of Pakistan invites electronic bids from contractors and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and possessing a valid Pakistan Engineering Council License in category C6 or above with Specialization Code CE-10 & EE-04. The procurement is for Renovation and Refurbishment Work to accommodate the Resource Team of ITG at 1st Floor, Khayaban-E-Ittehad Branch, Karachi. Items being procured: - Renovation and refurbishment works at 1st Floor Khayaban-E-Ittehad Branch Karachi The scope includes detailed renovation and refurbishment to create suitable office space for the ITG Resource Team. Bidders must have PEC registration category C6 or higher with relevant specialization codes. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available electronically from the National Bank of Pakistan website www.nbp.com.pk/TENDER and the E-PADS-PPRA portal www.epads.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted via E-PADS on or before Tuesday, September 01, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The technical bid opening will be held the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders at the Engineering Wing Head Office, Engineering Group, LCMG, 3rd Floor, National Bank of Pakistan, Head Office Building, I. I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted to the Office of the Departmental Head Tender, Procurement Division, LCMG, 3rd Floor, NBP Head Office Building, Karachi before the online submission deadline; otherwise, bids will not be opened.
