Renovation, Refurbishment and Upgradation Works of Various Projects Funded by Tobacco Cess in Tobacco-Growing Regions

The Communication and Works Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms for renovation, refurbishment, and upgradation works of various projects funded by Tobacco Cess in tobacco-growing regions. The procurement follows the KPPRA procurement rules 2014 and uses a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Renovation, Refurbishment and Upgradation i.e. Construction of Check Post and Rehabilitation of Boundary Wall at Lines Moq, M.I. Attock Swabi - Development Initiatives Funded by Tobacco Cess in Tobacco-Growing Regions (Block Provision for Projects to be funded from Tobacco Cess), ADP No. 1742/250730 (2025-26) PK-52 & 53 - Construction of J.C.P. Road Tando Hiss Shah - Establishment of Patrol Pump Ground on Irrigation Land at District Swabi - Construction of Causeway at Seer Darta - Supplying and Fixing of Fixed Lights at Tehsil Play Ground Razar - Misc Facilities at Jalala Ground - Upgradation of Playground at Dagai - Construction of Play Ground at Jandran, Isakhel The scope includes civil works as per approved designs and standards. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Bid security at 2% of the engineer's estimate is required in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Government Procurement System (e-GP) by 13-10-2026 at 10:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM.
