Tender Description
This tender invites bids for renovation and solar system installation at Jamia Umar near Malang Adda Tajori Road Shagai Ahmadzai in Lakki Marwat. The procurement covers construction and solar equipment under the Lakki Area Development Project funded by oil and gas royalty. Bids are invited from eligible government contractors through the E-PADs electronic bidding system.
The scope includes strengthening the building and installing a solar system with an estimated cost of 4.99 million PKR. The project is part of the ADP No. 250725 and requires submission of bids by 13 January 2026 at 12:30 PM. Financial bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Bidders must submit 2% bid security and comply with KPPRA and PEC regulations. Detailed rate analysis is required for bids quoting more than 20% below the estimated cost. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority is mandatory for participation.
