Renovation and Uplift Work of PNS Shamsheer Communal Areas

Pakistan Navy Dockyard Karachi invites bids for renovation and uplift work of communal areas of PNS Shamsheer as per marine standards. This procurement is managed by the Pakistan Navy Dockyard in Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - Renovation work of CO Day Cabin including renewal of paneling, refurbishment of flooring, ceiling, sheeting, sofas, center table, dining table/chairs, monitoring wall and bookshelf, repair of walls, LCD unit wall, doors, ceiling/wall lights, electric cable laying/installation with fittings - Renovation work of CO Night Cabin including renewal of paneling, refurbishment of flooring, ceiling and furniture, repair of walls, washroom and doors, replacement of electrical accessories - Renovation work of VIP Cabin including renewal of paneling, flooring and ceiling, refurbishment of LCD unit media wall, sheeting and sofas, repair of ceiling lights and electric works, buffing of all SCU items - Renovation work of Wardroom including renewal of paneling, refurbishment of flooring, ceiling, paneling, powder coating, LCD unit wall, wall sheeting works, dining area wall, doors, sofas, head sofa chairs, center table, side table, dining table/chairs, ceiling lights, wall lights and electric works - Renovation work of CPO/PO and Junior Lounge including refurbishing works of lighting, wall works and sofa, powder coating of SCU items, bridge consoles repair, buffing and paint work - Repair/uplift work of miscellaneous equipment including refurbishment of laundry area, replacement of 09 WCs, powder coating works on EDBA, ELSA and Fire Boxes, tile work in Ops Room - Renovation work of SRDH & JRDH including renewal of paneling, ceiling, flooring, buffing, upholstery of seats, lighting and electrical accessories, doors repair work The technical scope covers comprehensive refurbishment and uplift of multiple cabins and communal areas aboard PNS Shamsheer, including paneling, flooring, electrical works, furniture refurbishment, and powder coating. The work must comply with marine standards and ensure quality and durability. Eligible bidders must be GST registered firms with NTN and GST certificates, ISO 9001-2015 certification if available, and demonstrate relevant experience with a minimum job completion time. Offers must be valid for at least six months and include a one-year warranty after satisfactory completion. Payment will be made after final acceptance trials.
