Renovation/Uplifting of Asaan Khidmat Center at New PM House Narral Muzaffarabad

The Physical Planning & Housing Department Azad Jammu & Kashmir, through the Executive Engineer PWD Maintenance Division Muzaffarabad, invites pre-qualification applications for the renovation and uplifting of the Asaan Khidmat Center located at the New PM House Narral Muzaffarabad. This project is funded by the Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir and aims to enhance the facility to better serve the public. Items being procured: - Renovation/Uplifting of Asaan Khidmat Centre at New PM House Narral Muzaffarabad The scope includes comprehensive renovation and uplifting works at the specified center, requiring contractors with expertise in construction and engineering works. The project demands high-quality materials and adherence to technical standards as per the sanctioned drawing No.1184/CE/B Drawing/26 dated 26/10/2026. Eligibility for pre-qualification requires contractors to be registered with PEC in Category C-4 and above (Code CE-10) for construction and operation of engineering works. Bidders must have successfully completed at least two projects of similar nature, each valued at PKR 90.114 million or more within the last five years. Joint ventures are allowed provided each partner meets the prescribed contract value. Prospective bidders should obtain username and login details from the IT section, Office of Chief Engineer Building/PHE Muzaffarabad, Block H DHQ Muzaffarabad, and may receive necessary training on the bidding procedure. Already registered firms can use their existing credentials. Applications must be uploaded in PDF format on the E-Bidding dashboard by 13th November 2026 at 11:00 AM. The e-tendering system will open bids and display participant lists after 11:01 AM the same day. Hard copies of applications with required documents must be submitted within two days after tender opening at the employer's address. Applicants will be notified of results within 42 days by fax or mail. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per Rule 33 of AJK PPRA Rules. Only pre-qualified firms will be invited to bid.
