The Jinnah International Airport under Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the renovation works in COO Offices Room No. 6016 & 6019 at Level-6 Jinnah Terminal Complex, JIAP Karachi. This procurement is for civil works involving renovation and refurbishment to improve office facilities at the airport in Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - Taking out carefully shutters of doors and windows in ground floor (2 Nos) - Dismantling A.C sheet celotax, hard board, dampa or equivalent ceiling with wooden beading/aluminum frame (403 Sft) - Dismantling asbestos cement sheet, soft board, hard board, masonite laminated plastic board or equivalent partition walls (262 Sft) - Refixing existing wooden/gypsum board partition with frame (100 Sft) - Refixing existing wooden doors after alterations (1 Each) - Providing and fixing fully glazed bronze anodized or powder coated aluminum fixed windows partition (144 Sft) - Providing and fixing fully glazed bronze anodized or powder coated aluminum hinged door with frame (20 Sft) - Providing and fixing tinted glass panes 5mm thick to M.S. box pipe/aluminum doors, windows and ventilators (146 Sft) - Providing and laying light colour, glazed/non-skid vitrified porcelain tiles (366 Sft) - Providing and fixing dampa ceiling aluminum China make 2' X 2' tiles/strip ceiling (403 Sft) - Providing and fixing windo roll up blinds sunscreen, dark out or translucent fabric (117 Sft) - Providing and fixing imported wallpaper of approved pattern, texture and colour (630 Sft) - Providing & fixing wardrobe 24" deep with laminated sheet and deodar wood frame (132 Sft) - Providing and fixing C.P. brass screws corona main door lock with handle (2 Each) - Providing and fixing hydraulic door closer of approved design (2 Each) - French polishing two renewal coats to wood work (267 Sft) The scope includes replacement of wooden partitions with aluminum partitions, floor tiles, wallpaper, door locks and door closers, false ceiling, provision of file cabinets, and polishing of woodwork. The works will be executed at Jinnah International Airport Karachi under the supervision of the Senior Joint Director, Airport Sub-Division, Malir. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above, NTN and ATL registration with FBR, Sindh Professional Tax Certificate, and must not be blacklisted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit is required. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically through the portal. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
