Hiring of Rental Furniture and Miscellaneous Items for Screening Tests at Hyderabad, Karachi, Sukkur & Larkana by Sindh Public Service Commission

Sindh Public Service Commission Hyderabad invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for hiring rental furniture and other miscellaneous items on a framework contract/rate contract basis valid for the financial year 2026-27 up to June 2027. The procurement is for making necessary arrangements for the Screening Test of Combined Competitive Examination (CCE-2026) and other examinations at Hyderabad, Karachi, Sukkur, and Larkana simultaneously, tentatively in November 2026 and continuing until June 2027. Items being procured: - Supplying and installation of tents (Shamyana and Kanat) in one color at each centre - Iron foam chairs/plastic chairs with neat and clean white covers spaced properly - Generators as per load requirements - Sound system and loudspeakers - Setting of stage (20 x 40 sq ft) - Invigilator counters - Installation of CCTV cameras covering up to 100 candidates per camera - Installation of 8 x 12 size SMD screens with DVR recording - Control room for CCTV camera system - Pedestal moving fans (one per 10 candidates) - Entry gate rows - Mobile collection counters - First aid rooms for candidates - Runner carpets for passages, preferably new or clean - Eight persons for sweeping/cleaning tents after every session with vendor ID cards - Chilled drinking water in 19 litres sealed jerry cans of Acquafina/Nestle with stands covered in white or red cloth - Disposable glasses - Help desk - Any other relevant accessories including transportation and service charges as required The scope covers all necessary materials and services to ensure smooth conduct of tests at multiple centres. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, have NTN and sales tax certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Minimum five years experience in decoration services with at least five similar events in the last five years is required. Vendors must provide satisfactory performance certificates and have an annual bank turnover of Rs. 30 million over the last five years. An affidavit on e-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or unsatisfactory performance in the last five years is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 28 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the Sindh Public Service Commission Head Office, Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad. A bid security of Rs. 500,000 and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 in the form of pay order in favor of Secretary Sindh Public Service Commission must be submitted prior to bid submission deadline. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most advantageous bid evaluated on least cost per item basis. Bidders are advised to carefully review all tender documents and ensure completeness. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Sindh Services Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019).
