AUCTION: Rental of Underpass Shops at Faisal Colony and Tuck Shops in Peshawar BRT Bus Stations

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites eligible Pakistani nationals, sole proprietors, firms, or companies to participate in a national competitive bidding process for the lease of assets located in Peshawar. The assets offered for rental include underpass shops at Faisal Colony and tuck shops in Peshawar BRT Bus Stations. Items being auctioned: - Underpass Shops at Faisal Colony (12 shops) - Tuck Shops (4 shops) These assets are offered on an 'as is where is basis'. Prospective bidders may inspect the shops at BRT Peshawar Bus Stations in coordination with the office of TransPeshawar from the date of advertisement publication until one day prior to bid submission deadline, between 0900hrs to 1700hrs (Monday to Friday). Bid solicitation documents are available on the TransPeshawar website from the date of advertisement publication until the last day for bid submission. A bid security/earnest money of 25% of the annual rent must be submitted in the form of CDR/DD from any scheduled bank of Pakistan along with the bid. The bid security must be submitted from the bank account of the bidder. Bids must be delivered to the undersigned by 11:30 AM (PST) on October 06, 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM (PST) in the presence of bidders' representatives at the TransPeshawar office. TransPeshawar reserves the right to cancel the auction process with cogent reason. This auction is a valuable opportunity for businesses to secure prime commercial spaces in Peshawar's urban transit system. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all bid security requirements to avoid disqualification.
