Contractors must have relevant PEC registration in categories B, C, or D and demonstrate experience in similar works. Firms not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council will not be considered. Contractors must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding special reports from Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience and credentials. Applications must reach the office before 18 September 2026. Tender documents will be issued on 21 September 2026. Sealed tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 28 September 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day.
