The Military Engineer Services (MES) office of Commander MES (Army) Lahore Cantt invites sealed tenders for various repair, maintenance, and construction works under the jurisdiction of CMES (A) Lahore (AOR). Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories B, C, or D and to have relevant experience in similar works. Contractors must submit complete credentials and applications by 02 November 2026 to be eligible for tender document issuance. Tender submissions must be received by 1130 hrs on 10 November 2026, with opening at 1200 hrs the same day. Contractors should provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation.
