Tender Description
The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites bids for repair, furnishing, and reconstruction works in Multan, Punjab. The procurement is managed by the Executive Engineer (Civil) at MEPCO H.Q. Multan. This tender covers three distinct works:
- Repair and maintenance of Bungalow No.B-35, C-6 and Quarter No.D-25, D-13, E-12 & E-11 at MEPCO Colony Khanewal Road Multan
- Removing, shifting & furnishing of customer facilitation center from 9-Star Arcade Opposite DHA Jinnah Gate Bosan Road to Sector-C Shop No.01, 02, 03 at DHA Multan
- Re-construction of Boundary Wall (Fallen/Tilted Portion) at 132 KV Grid Station Bhong (Sadiqabad)
The scope includes civil repair and maintenance works, furnishing and shifting services, and boundary wall reconstruction. The works require materials and workmanship compliant with MEPCO standards and relevant civil engineering codes. The projects are located in Multan and Sadiqabad, with completion periods ranging from 20 to 45 days.
Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Islamabad under category CE-10, hold active registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and have valid Income Tax registration with FBR. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS, including bid security in the form of original deposit-at-call, bank draft, or pay order issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Executive Engineer (Civil) MEPCO Multan.
The tender submission deadline is 22 July 2026 at 14:00 hours, with bid opening at 14:30 hours the same day. Bidders should ensure timely registration on EPADS and prepare their technical and financial bids carefully. Manual bids will not be accepted.
